is impossible to 100% stop all spam e-mail from ever
being sent to your account, but there are ways to help
eliminate spam.
1.
Limit the amount you distribute your e-mail address to
companies/promotions wanting to register you for free
information etc. Quite often these addresses are
sold to spammers.
2.
Limit the amount you forward joke e-mails and other e-mail
pass arounds. These can you used to gather
lists of e-mail addresses to send spam to.
3.
Setup the JCN spam filters on your e-mail box at
